The first set of temporary lights before the park and ride towards Woodstock road

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5007296.

The lights are changing to red without pedestrians pressing them ! They stay red continually causing absolute chaos to add to the already long term overdue chaos on pear tree roundabout backing up into the A34 which is very dangerous!! It is adding 30 minutes to a journey from one roundabout to the next that should be on a few minutes
