Outside 55 Oxford Road, Stone, Aylesbury
Reported via desktop in the Footpath / pavement problem category by Philip Childs at 14:44, Mon 18 September 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5006311.
The guttering outside nos 55-63 Oxford Rd, Stone was cleared out earlier this year. In the process, some lengths of metal covering were broken and not replaced. Presumably in order to prevent a trip hazard to pedestrians, the council put up extremely unsightly barriers rather than repair the gutter cover. This has now been in place since March. On behalf of me and my neighbours, could I ask that you return to this guttering and repair it so that the barrier eyesore can be removed. You might also investigate the efficacy of the whole gutter because it doesn't seem fit for purpose.
