You may have addressed the threat of collapse, but nothing else. Certainly not the broken / missing rainwater goods or missing roof lead that led to the threat of collapse Or the overgrown weeds now spilling over onto the residential pavement next to it.
Given there's no guarantee anyone will seek to take it over anytime soon, please address what should have been maintained properly during 20 years of municipal neglect. Thanks.
