Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5000843.

The road from Pentych up to the Garth Mountain is currently 30mph until by the property Hazelwood & Blaen Billy Farm where it changes to derestricted. This stretch is residential with street lights (also very narrow & blind bends in parts). Please could you confirm that it will be changing from 30 to 20 mph and appropriate signage installed. Thanks
