Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5000408.

The steps from the pavement on weston road to the pavement on sandy lane are presenting a tripping hazard. 1] the adjacent foliage is overgrown and covering the steps 2] the top step is broken and requires repair.
