Park in disrepair and decrepitude

This 'park' just off Bromley High Street should reflect the best of Bromley. The park, whilst quite hilly, has the potential to be a lovely green space to families to take their children or for pet owners to walk their dogs. It has, however, clearly been abandoned by the council and allowed to deteriorate and become delipidated. Rats run amok in and around the 'pond' and wider area. The pond needs dredging and resurfacing. Paths are no longer paths. Benches are surrounded and infused with rubbish and waste. Truly a very sad sight. Given the volume of 'regeneration' and new housebuilding that has gone on and is going on in the immediate area I find it highly unlikely the adequate funding for this park cannot be sourced.
