No dropped kerb and dropped kerb in wrong position

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4999098.

No dropped kerb on one end of pavement but has dropped kerb at other which is right on the corner. I have to turn round to get on pavement (mobility scooter) which leads me onto busy Anns Hill Road, sometimes cars react as if i am crossing anns hill road
