I am afraid to say that no works have been carried out to cover the manhole and the manhole itself has been in filled with broken paving slabs and what looks like a plastic cone. In addition the builder working adjacent to the walkway / manhole has installed a 50 mm discharge pipe across the pavement creating a dangerous tripping hazard for pedestrians.

I am afraid to say that yet again no works have been carried out to the said manhole cover. Its exactly as it was originally with a sheet of plywood covering it . Not sure who is advising the council that its been completed but l see no change to the site. If the council wishes to say that the work has been completed and wishes to pay the contractor for works not carried out then please go ahead and make a payment to them. Please advise me if you want me to raise it as another job.
