Sent to Bury Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4996770.

Who is responsible for an overgrown tree on Countess Place as i've previously cut branches back but my health isn't up to it and the branches are getting bigger .This tree has self seeded & it's getting far too big for passing vehicles as the branches are outstretched.Coupled with Holly bushes growing on the other side outwards the through road is getting narrower & narrower.Can the homeowners be notified either side if it is their responsibility to cut everything back please as it's also turning into a fly tipping location as it's getting so overgrown?
