Traffic congestion preventing access to houses for emergency services

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4996185.

There is extensive traffic congestion in Gainsborough Road and the surrounding roads caused by the works on Manor Circus roundabout. The congestion prevents residents leaving or entering their property by car and also prevents access by emergency services. The cars idling on the road are causing additional pollution. There are no measures to control traffic or prevent idling.
