Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4992520.

I have reported this to our councillor about 5 times he said it had been reported 3 weeks ago . It is still there now people are adding dog waste bags and other rubbish to it. Litter is blowing all over the place . It hasn't been dealt with by the councillor and he's not got back to me. It's a disgrace!
