New lid request for recycle bin

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4990704.

Communal recycle bin has no lid and one has no flap, car park front of 33-41 Burstead close. City Clean have told me I must contact your dept, so a new one can be requested.
