All drains on Chisholm St blocked

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4986854.

All drains in Chisholm St have been completely blocked for two years (at least). I have tried to request repair directly to Glasgow City Council by phone, by their utterly useless website (where you cannot describe the problem or submit a photo) and via their app. Despite having my contact details I have not been contacted to clarify the issue. Instead I received an email 12/9/23 stating ‘The fault that you reported has now been made safe’. And on trying to lodge a complaint on the council website I received a System Error when submitting it. This council is effectively uncontactable. Re: report 3768-2643-1240-6278 lodged w GCC 4/9/23. Please unblock the drains (and fix your useless website and app)
