Stupid Illegal Parking

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4986756.

Corner Riddy Lane and A6 New Bedford Road. But actually on the A6 New Bedford Road. A number of cars parked at this location no doubt picking up school children as the time is 15.15. Too near corner and obstructing vehicles coming along A6 .No space to pull over for emergency vehicles. Road requires double yellow lines if not already in place as due to the parking I couldn't see if these were already in place . Thank you
