This openreach manhole cover has been damaged for 18th this now creating a tripping hazard

The above manhole cover has been damaged and sunken for over 18months now. The cobbles are all loose, the yellow boarf does not cover the entire hole. The introduction of the Xmas market in October will make walking across this unavoidable
