Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4984242.

Been happening and been reported for YEARS now. Still no long-term solution - why?

A) bigger bins b) more bins c) more frequent emptying d) pro-active not reactive emptying. Why is this so difficult for the very many council managers to achieve?

Updates

And now, with added flytipping - again. Lessons are NEVER learned which I suppose keeps all the many managers in jobs trying to firefight owing to a lack of boots on the ground and any, repeat any, pro-active maintenance. Not fit for purpose.
