Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4982635.

The bins are repeatedly not being collected from this location, I have spoken to the ground floor flat tenant and they have advice the smell is now coming through their walls. Please arrange collection as soon as possible and reiterate to the collection teams this location must be collected weekly as the door also regularly open when the store is over capacity and we do not want to be raising a rodent issue as a result of this.
