Car blocking close for residents and emergency vehicles

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction to Highway category anonymously at 13:35, Mon 11 September 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4981156.

Although there are no parking restrictions cheating this person has parked their car without even looking to see that they’ve have caused an obstruction. As we live close to West Wickham high street people park like this all the time. We were blocked in, unable to get to work. My child has a disability and a medical condition which could result in her needing an ambulance. We think double yellow lines are needed on one side or resident only. Thank you
