Water leaking upwards into pavement

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4980048.

One of the 'manhole' type covers is leaking water onto the pavement along the Western side of Goldstone Villas near the juntion with Shirley Street.

Has been leaking for over a week now and is a bit of a nuisance at present but could become dangerous if it continues / freezes when the weather drops.
