Bollard broken

There are three bollard either side of the road that forms our cul.de.sac . During the night one of them has obviously been hit by one of the many vehicles that use this area for a turning point.

Updates

The broken part is down sitting inside a road drain where kids lifted he cover and rolled it into it. The council k have been told with a ohoto.
