This rubbish has been here for several months and just gets added to on a weekly basis. It encourages even more rubbish and rats are a huge problem here. It is in the alleyway between 19 and 25 myrtle bank. I know exactly who is doing the fly tipping. I have seen them do it.

  • Still not dealt with. The person who leaves this rubbish here on a regular basis has even added to it since it was reported.
