The rubbish removal black bins and recycling is consistently missed for this block of flats at the end of the cul-de-sac.

I have reported this problem before and it has still not been addressed. The bags and bins are left out correctly for collection but it is missed nearly every other week, this has led to a build up of refuse and is completely unacceptable.

When the bins are collected, the black bins are left in random locations in the road and not put back to where they were left. A lot of the residents are elderly and find it difficult to then retrieve these.

When the council promises to pick up the missed collections this is then cancelled and left until the next regular collection.

I'm requesting that all of the rubbish and recycling is removed this week and that the issues with poor collection and care and attention are addressed as matter of urgency. All of the uncollected rubbish is now at the sides of the block and can be picked up from there before a pest issue arises.
