Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4976347.

Cars parked on both sides of the road, most on yellow lines and driving onto the pavement to park. This is restricting pedestrians from walking safely and cars are unable to pass easily along the main road in Pontygwaith
