2 broken manhole covers

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4976227.

This has been reported twice before and getting much worse. There are 2 manhole covers a short distance between each other which need repairing. The constant noise when these are driven over is so annoying especially as they are so close together. Why is it taking so long to fix. Please can it be done asap as reported a year ago.
