Illegally parked cars and loud music

The Primitive butchers cafe’s clientele is parking on the double yellow lines at the entrance of Acacia road and Lancaster Road and playing loud Brazilian music from their vehicles. There is also the Two Brothers motorcycle garage van parked on the double yellow lines. They continue to block the entrance to Acacia Road for when there is traffic in both directions. This will make it impossible for emergency vehicles to turn into Acacia Road and putting us all in danger.
