Road falling apart / delaminating

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4974588.

The road has been repaired multiple times with very poor workmanship. The road was relaid several years ago and is delaminating in several places causing car and motorcycles to weave to avoid these damages. The road needs digging up and completely relaying rather than patch, patch, patch and patch again. With payments for damaged vehicles and hospitals it will work out the same.
