Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4974153.

A shopping trolley has been dumped st the side of the Rd along with a golf umbrella and rubbish. Because the. Verges and pond are overgrown and not maintained it is becoming a dumping ground. The pond area is supposed to be protected due to wildlife.
