Still not fixed. Very disappointing.
Perhaps the bus company would like to brush up on the "broken windows" theory and its relationship to increased vandalism?

Yet another month begins with no repair. Passengers huddle in the cold and rain with a gaping hole in the canopy wall that slowly gets bigger. Repeated promises but no action on repair. The system is broken, not just the equipment and infrastructure.

THREE MONTHS since I reported this damage, amd nothing done. The hole in the perspex is now doubled in size, and a large piece of it is lying on the pavement in Spinney Road.
Please repair this NOW! Passengers are getting cold and wet.

A half a dozen cones appeared around the broken area just before Xmas. They're still there (and totally useless). No sign of any repairs yet. Four months now, and not sign of a replacement. A simple piece of perspex that would have helped keep so many passengers warm and dry while they waiting for their bus.
I'm sure the shareholders are receiving their dividends in good time though.

Investigation: Ongoing - Good Afternoon,
I understand you're frustration, but we have had a high volume of repairs that we have been working through. Please know that this is not an excuse and we deeply apologise for the length of time you have had to wait but I been in contact with our maintenance team and they have assured me they are currently working on the details of your shelter and once that has been finalised they will start work to repair your shelter. Again apologies for the wait but thank you for your patience.
Kind Regards
Vicky-RoseGood Afternoon,
Our teams have been out and taped up the hole as a temporary measure until this can be permanently rectified, which may be some time as there is a backlog of works, though it is on the list.

Good Afternoon, Our maintenance team said that it is currently on the list that is due for repairs and our control hub will be out to take away the Perspex off the floor.Kind Regards

Well, The warning cones around the broken window have now been removed - as has the entire window! Consequently, the children and elderly people who shelter from the elements there while they await their buses are even MORE exposed to the elements.
This simple report is turning into a saga of lethargy and incompetence.

FIVE MONTHS now, and still no repair!
All winter long, children and elderly people have been exposed to the elements while waiting for buses.
Seriously, how long does it take to provision and fit one piece of perspex?
