Traffic Individual Post No Lights

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4973086.

For over two Months the Traffic Light Individual Post at the End of Pepper Lane with the Junction of Shinfield Road has no "Aspect of any colour" showing. Coming from Wellington Ave if you draw forward you cannot see the remain working light and if that fails there going to be a accident.
