Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4971279.

Council said to use up cream and red sacks but have left all rubbish that was put out in these bags . It’s very hot and becoming smelly - people often throw things onthe rd here on way to Ely so need removing before gets thrown all over the Rd
