Phasing of lights too short

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4971181.

The lights phasing from kings road onto Eldon road have changed since the roadworks. Now the lights only let 3 to 4 cars through before changing, which is causing cars to stop on the yellow box. Especially if following a high sided vehicle as people are unable to see the lights.
