Large area of water on pavement at entrance to 22 Cathedral Rd

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4971078.

Not sure if this is an issue with drains / water works as this has been here for some time whatever the weather. (5/6 months at least) Due to tree waste this is a very slippery area and covers the whole pavement/driveway access to 22 Cathedral Road. Cardiff. In cold icy conditions this will be even worse.
