This is the fourth report of fly posting from this business in the last few weeks. You re-actively remove the posters, more go up.

What you need to do, of course, is pro-actively break the cycle. Ooh. How do we do that? By phoning all such flyposting businesses to instruct / warn and get THEM to remove their posters, failing which they get fined. It could not be simpler, but the council still can't manage it. Why?
