Clyde Tunnel approach grass embankment

Reported via desktop in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 13:13, Thursday 7 September 2023

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4969042.

Given it is not public facing, why is this steep plot cut at all? Esp, given the danger to machine operators.

Especially given the embankment directly opposite, near Vic Pk, is no longer cut?

It serves no purpose - Balshagray residents are shielded by a fenced off grass verge anyway, that is cut, and the only bit that isn't cut on the motorway here is the bit next to their street verge AND flat.

In short, your grass cutting rationale here (and elsewhere - just ask) makes absolutely no sense and is a waste of your time and public money.

  • And its 3rd cut this year. For no purpose, aesthetic, safety or otherwise. Clueless.
