Uneven pavement

Sent to Staffordshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 496856.

Roughly outside number 15 there is what looks like a metal cover possibly for the water company. This has sunken severley and has caused quite a substantial subsidance in the footpath. I walk along here daily and this needs attention as I nearly fell in this hole
