Os 51 Baring Road a trip hazard of a rainwater drainpipe overhanging the road

Sent to Isle of Wight Council 10 hours, 59 minutes later. Council ref: 16249382.

A rainwater drainpipe has been positioned so it sticks into the road about a foot. There is no pavement on this section and it is right by the black/white pinch point. Pedestrians are forced along the line of the double yellow lines and I have had my ankles cut by this jutting out pipe. Please have this removed asap - it also causes flooding down the hill when it rains hard.
