Over handing trees on path. A main route towards the school

The trees and bushes are over hanging so much you can't walk on the path. This path is used by a lot of parents taking their children to school. The parents don't want to let the children walk on the grass as it's is dodge the dog mess most days on the grass area.

    I was sent an email tell me you could not find a problem as you can see nothing has been done. This means either nobody has looked or not looked in the right place
