Tree needs pruning

Reported via mobile in the Tree Requires Pruning category anonymously at 18:35, Wed 6 September 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4966406.

Tree is growing out on walk way paths and hanging over front porch of house. It's causing a lot insects and fallen leaves in my front porch. Having to get a window cleaner in regularly to clean windows from spider webs and leaf debris. Tree really needs cutting back and blocking a lot of light in my living room as directly in front of my house.

  • This issue has not been resolved. You keep saying it has when it hasn't. The tree has not been touched. It should be printed now while there are no leaves on it. The branches are very long and obstructing the walk way and coming close to my property. When the leaves are grown the tree blocks out a lot of light in my living room and kids bedrooms and both children have hayfever in the spring. Please can the tree be pruned back before the leaves grow back. Thank you

  • My apologies, the initial works raised for this enquiry were for the stretch OS30 when in fact the tree in the photo is OS52. For us to investigate accurately, please provide an exact location in future. Further works to remove basal/epicormic/crown lift have been raised for the Lime OS52 which have been issued for the contractor for completion.

  • Please accept our apologies. The contractor is in hand to visit site to crown lift the lime. Thank you for your patience.
