Overgrown tree, worried about roots and damaged to our house,

Sent to Bromley Council 1 hour, 10 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 4965196.

There is a large tree next to 1 Samos road, in a block of flats i belie is Warden Housing but i cannot find a number to contact. The tree has never been pruned and believe it is affecting my drains etc.
