Public heath and anti social behaviour

Reported via desktop in the Abandoned vehicles category anonymously at 12:32, Wed 6 September 2023

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4964841.

Yet another old run down caravan dumped overnight in the highway adding to the ones that have been their for several months. Sometimes occupied sometimes not. When occupied intermittently occupants behave in anti social manner by urinating and deficating in highway. Hot weather now and the road stinks and is a health hazard. Drugs needles discarded and rubbish. Abusive to rsidents. They are not homeless as the vans are used peridically as and when suits and show no respect whatsoever for the mainly elderly community that they blight. LA served Section 77 on caravans and mobilehomes three weeks ago but these have been ignored. This has obviously emboldened the new arrival. Can we have some positive visible action.
