Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4964371.

The Recycle Bin with no lid has not been repaired, and is overflowing with mix waste which nobody will empty, and smells so bad and has flies and rats around it. In car park front of 33-41 Burstead close BN17HT, please could you arrange collection.
