Bollard on chicane on West entrance to Wellow has been knocked out

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4961210.
The bollard on the south side of the chicane has been knocked out of the ground. The reflective marking on it that deliminates the chicane in the dark is no longer visible
