Loose manhole covers causing disturbance.

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4960637.

There are several loose manhole covers at the side of my house causing several very loud banging noises every time a car drives down the street which is frequently and can be heard from inside my home.
