Recurring issue with Litter at Mountsfield Park play area, Lewisham SE6 1AN. Reported 6th July. Litter bins are too small and are not emptied often enough by Lewisham Council contractors.

  • Litter problem continues in the play area. Lewisham Council contractor Glendale empties the litter bins normally early afternoon. The bins fill up through the afternoon and early evening and then the foxes empty them at night onto the ground surrounding the bins. The play area is messy with litter until Glendale's tidy-up the following day.
