People constantly use this lane next to 37 Mansel street as a dumpling ground. This has increased since the council implemented bulk waste charges. The opposite house on 144 Broomfield road, has a garage that opens to the lane and is always dumping garden waste and car items like doors and tyres. It would be better to fence this lane and also deter junkies etc who use this area.
