Usual mass of flytipped waste next to hotspot bins

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping category anonymously at 12:55, Sun 3 September 2023

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4953565.

Asides from the usual two overflowing bins, at least 20 bags and assorted loose waste next to the bins.

Much of it seems to be of commercial origin. Please investigate before it's uplifted, again.

That aside, can someone explain why two council low loaders (one 2/3rd full, the other empty) drove straight by this obvious flytipping, at 11am this morning?

The alleged protocol is at the very least operatives are meant to report it, but ideally remove same. This never happens in reality, of course.

So if your current strategy isn't working, and it isn't, either in terms of monitoring / enforcement / uplift please change it. It's called very good management. Thanks.
