Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4953558.

Can someone also explain why two council low loaders (one 2/3rd full, the other empty) drove straight by this obvious flytipping, again, at 11am this morning?

The alleged protocol is at the very least operatives are meant to report it, but ideally remove same. This never happens in reality, of course.

So if your current strategy isn't working, and it isn't, please change it. It's called good management. Thanks.
