Sent to Canterbury City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4951899.

Toilets are shut due to antisocial behaviour which is understandable however we are visiting for the day with my father who has a stoma bag and he needs to be near a toilet. We had to drive home. Even the disabled toilet was locked
