Land has been encroached and fence erected on council land

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4951726.

The fence from the house next to it stops some 12 foot back but they have built out on to land which seems to not be theirs. So the area which has been taken or used without permission would measure 12ft deep and 36ft long, so a sizable space. Established trees and bushes have been removed to make way for this.
