Over ground trees and hedge

Good morning The view to getting out off the byway/ brideway (where woodlands for sale sign is) with a car is very restricted. I have looked on land registry the land is own by highway from the A47 bridge near to the railway crossing on the left hand side as you approach the A47 on Intwood Road. Please could this be cut back for it to be safe for cars coming out. As the hedge, brambles and trees are up to the road in place the hedge is 3m back from the road. Please look at land registry to see what is owned as it need doing for safety. The drive/byway can't see to get out safely as it is on a sight bend.
